1. Battery initiatives
In the cutting process for thin foil and thin film such as electrode sheets and resin sheets used in automotive secondary batteries and fuel cells, problems related to “cutting quality” such as burring, pulling, loss of active material, and tearing are potential issues. With the spread of electric vehicles in the future, we are aiming to propose optimal processing solutions for issues such as high quality, high efficiency, and reduction of defect rates.
Pursuing more accurate and faster cutting methods
ACCUROMM has established cooperative relationships with partner companies to solve customers’ “issues” and “problems”, and is preparing proposals and demonstration processes for various production methods.

2. Electric motor initiatives
In the manufacture of stators for built-in motors for automobiles, we are working to solve problems in each process, such as coil cutting, coating removal, forming, swarf treatment, deburring, and assembly jigs, by utilizing the technology we have cultivated so far.
