Line bars are used for machining bore holes with strict coaxiality, typical requirement for crank holes in cylinder blocks, using special jigs. As a special tool manufacturer, we develop and provide line bars that meet customer needs.

- The machining of bore holes using a line bar has strict requirements for machining accuracy, such as roundness and coaxiality, and it is difficult to obtain good conditions.
- The equipment investment is large due to the need for expensive equipment, and time is wasted when the equipment stops due to diameter adjustment when changing cutting inserts.
