For machining requiring the highest accuracy, Tecnopinz offers the Ultra Precision (UP) version. Available for all PCB spindle collets, it will allow you to operate with static radial runout values below three thousandths of a millimetre (0,003mm = 3 microns).
Specification
Tecnopinz collets are manufactured in high-quality, high-precision and suitable for the entire range of electric spindles: Pluritec®, Excellon®, Westwind®, Precise®, Posalux®, KaVo®, Machswiss®, Air Bearing® ABL, Roku-Roku®, Weoa®, Toshiba®, Mechatronic® and others (like Hitachi®) for tools with a typical shank of 3.00 and 3.175 mm (1/8”) or else.
