In recent years, with the evolution of aluminium alloys and the increasing use of CFRP materials, round tools with PCD (polycrystalline sintered diamond) cutting edges are often used for drilling and reaming. One of the machining methods used to form the cutting edge is spark erosion (electrical discharge machining – EDM) machining, and copper electrodes used in this process need to be replaced regularly as they need to be dressed frequently to maintain machining accuracy. In order to provide these copper electrodes at a low cost, we offer inexpensive, high-quality copper electrodes made in Italy.
