── Introducing ideas and technologies ──
The lineup of winding wire cutting nippers includes three types: „carbide brazed type”, „cutting edge replacement type”, and „electric type”. By improving the precision of a single item to the utmost limit, stable sharpness is achieved over a long period of time, contributing to a longer service life. In addition, the use of an interchangeable cutting edge type reduces tool costs, while the electric type is environmentally friendly due to its airless operation.

Development / product concept
“Current status and challenges”
Existing products (made by other companies) had problems with unstable productivity in mass production lines because the sharpness and life of nipper cutting edges varied greatly and the nipper itself had a short life span.
“Development points”
Carbide brazed nippers for cutting winding wires have been developed based on the basic concept of stable and high-quality cutting edges and improved durability of the nipper body. Furthermore, the cutting edges are replaceable, eliminating the need for re-sharpening and contributing to lower tool costs.
In response to the recent need for electrification, we have developed electric nippers that use electricity as the drive source instead of the conventional air-driven nippers, thereby achieving environmental friendliness.
