The separate jig series divides the flat jig into separate sections, and allows changeover only by replacing the upper jig.
Since a high-precision positioning unit is used to fix the upper jig, precision is not required when removing and installing the upper jig, contributing to more efficient stage change operations.

- Changing the jig usually requires work using a hoist or the like, and requires a lot of man-hours because it involves many complicated tasks such as ensuring accuracy during reloading and connecting piping.
As the need for high-mix, low-volume production increases, there is a need for jigs that are lightweight and easy to change over.
